Director of Coaching

We are looking for a Director of Coaching to lead and grow our team of amazing coaches and life-changers.

Position Overview

The Director of Coaching is responsible for overseeing the creation of the world’s best coaching program. You will work closely with our leadership and our clients to ensure that our vision, values and teachings are delivered in a consistent, powerful manner that radically improves the lives and businesses of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Travis to develop and refine an industry-leading coach training program in alignment with Travis’ principles on business and life.
  • Lead, manage and grow our team of industry-leading coaches. You will need to be confident in your ability to coach other coaches.
  • Establish the appropriate policies, procedures and performance standards for our coaches and our program.
  • Oversee the creation of materials, resources and tools to be delivered to RCI’s coaching clients to increase value and consistency across coaches
  • Work closely with the sales division to increase coaching program sales
  • Work closely with the client service team to determine areas for opportunity and improvement with clients.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support our clients in the development and achievement of their professional and personal goals based on Travis Robertson’s methods.
  • Conduct live, one-on-one coaching calls with the clients under your care.
  • Hold clients accountable to their goals through honesty, motivation and challenges.
  • Respond quickly to client communications.
  • Track and report on critical metrics in the client’s business and personal life.
  • Stay in a state of constant learning about business principles, personal development and the real estate industry.

Requirements Include:

  • Strong, proven experience in a leadership capacity at a coaching company, a training company or in the coaching/training division of a company.
  • Strong business background and experience.
  • Strong understanding of personal development.
  • The heart of a teacher with extensive experience in coaching or training.
  • Strong residential real estate background or knowledge is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business-related field).
  • Excellent client servicing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for self-directed learning.
  • Prompt and on time.
  • Excellent phone presence so you can motivate, inspire and energize the team and clients you serve.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire people all over the world. Our coaches work from all over the world and you need to be able to lead them as if they were all in a single room.

Compensation & Key Information:

  • Initially, the Director of Coaching position will not be a full time position. Therefore, it will be necessary for the DOC to also carry a roster of clients during a transition period.
  • You can work from anywhere in the world. However, you will be required to be physically present at key leadership meetings in Southern California. Travel reimbursement will not be provided.
  • You must also be available to service mostly clients in North America.
  • We will fill your roster and you are not required to sell the program. Additional compensation will be provided for any clients you enroll into the program.
  • It will take a few months to fully fill your schedule so be prepared for a transition.

  • The heart of a teacher with some experience in coaching or training.
  • Excellent client servicing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for self-directed learning.
  • Prompt and on time.
  • Excellent phone presence so you can motivate, inspire and energize the clients you serve.
  • Light travel around key events will be required.

About Us:

Compensation & Key Information:

  • A coach who maintains a full roster will earn between $145-175k per year.
  • This is a 1099 position. You will be compensated based on the number of clients you serve.
  • You can work from anywhere in the world – though you must be available to service mostly clients in North America.
  • You get all the tax benefits of being self-employed.
  • We will fill your roster. You are not required to sell the program.
  • It will take a few months to fully fill your schedule so be prepared for a transition.
